These terms govern your use of towing and roadside assistance services provided by Loyalty Towing and Recovery LLC.
Service Agreement
By requesting towing or roadside assistance services from Loyalty Towing and Recovery LLC you agree to pay the quoted price for services rendered. All prices are quoted before dispatch. Payment is due at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability
Loyalty Towing and Recovery LLC carries required liability insurance for towing operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage. Any claims regarding vehicle damage during service must be raised at the time of service before the vehicle is released.
Service Availability
We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week across our designated service area. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service area or equipment capacity. We will inform you immediately if we cannot serve your request.
